Ensuring North Tulsans have access to quality health services 

In partnership with Northside Neighbors, we support projects that create and sustain community wellness by investing in accessible and basic needs.

Northside Neighbors

Northside Neighbors is transforming north Tulsa through community-led efforts in education, housing, wellness and economic vitality. The nonprofit is bringing together residents and partners to foster prosperity and thriving neighborhoods. Starting in the Hawthorne and Whitman neighborhoods, Northside Neighbors has engaged more than 500 residents, creating thriving neighborhoods in partnership with residents and neighbors.

North Tulsa Wellness Initiative

Funded through the Tobacco Settlement Endowment Trust and led by the City of Tulsa’s Office of Health and Well-being, the North Tulsa Wellness Initiative is a multi-year effort to improve health outcomes in north Tulsa by expanding access to primary care, strengthen neighborhood health resources and address longstanding health issues among residents. In partnership with Northside Neighbors and BeWell CDC, and supported by Community Care, the Coretz Foundation and GKFF, the initiative will build a coordinated, data-driven approach to healthy outcomes while working directly with the community to collaborate on needs and programs.

Crossover Health Services

Crossover Health Services delivers “whole-person care for the whole community,” driven by the belief that healthcare should be personalized and accessible to everyone. The Crossover healthcare center is devoted to providing comprehensive medical services to patients of all ages in Tulsa and surrounding areas, and offers a variety of services, including preventative care, treatment for acute and chronic conditions, and specialized care for women and children.

OU Health Physicians Wayman Tisdale Health Clinic

The OU Health Physicians Wayman Tisdale Clinic offers north Tulsa residents convenient access to a range of medical services that can ensure optimal health and address current and ongoing healthcare concerns. From primary care for all ages including family medicine and women’s health care, to select specialties, the clinic delivers high-quality, patient-centered care in Tulsa.

Family & Children’s Services Integrated Care

Family & Children’s Services (FCS) and Morton Comprehensive Health Services (Morton) offer comprehensive medical, mental health and social services under one roof. Located at 240 East Apache, Morton Comprehensive Health Services provides primary care on-site, while FCS delivers behavioral health support through licensed professionals. This integrated approach ensures personalized, holistic care that addresses both physical and mental health.

NovaStar Urgent Care

NovaStar Family Medicine has served the North Tulsa community for almost 5 years, and more to come. NovaStar Clinics aims to decrease health disparities affecting those within, but not limited to, the North Tulsa community by providing equal care; communicating; being culturally competent; and implementing evidence based practices. Offering family-focused primary care and urgent care services, NovaStar works with over 5 insurance plans and offers a cash pay option.

Warren Clinic, a part of Saint Francis Health System, provides convenient, high-quality primary and specialty care for patients across the region.

Westview Medical Center, operating since 1984, is a family owned medical center providing healthcare needs for the North Tulsa community. Westview Pediatrics focuses on improving the health and wellbeing of children from birth to adolescence.

Westview Pharmacy

Westview Pharmacy has been providing medicine to the North Tulsa Community for decades. Westview Pharmacy offers DME (Diabetic supplies, Nebulizers, etc.) to those in need. Delivery service to senior citizens and home-bound residents of North Tulsa is also available. Westview Pharmacy prides itself on great customer service that includes low and affordable medication. The pharmacy is a retail pharmacy, open to all segments of the community.

Tulsa Dream Center Clinic

The Tulsa Dream Center is one of the biggest local providers of after-school tutoring, healthcare for the uninsured and equitable opportunities for underserved groups. Through partnerships with St. John Health System and Good Samaritan Health Services, The Tulsa Dream Center medical clinic provides free primary care and helps secure free prescriptions every month for the uninsured.

Grocery Box @ Tulsa Dream Center

RG Foods, an Oklahoma nonprofit dedicated to creating a resilient local food system, is pioneering a network of locally owned stores called the Grocery Box. This new micro grocery concept provides a low-cost entry and environmentally friendly solution to re-populate neighborhoods with fresh food stores. The first pilot installation of the Grocery Box is in partnership at the Tulsa Dream Center. This small scale store is a full service grocery store offering locally sourced produce, meat, diary, frozen, grab and go, and staple dry goods. Grocery Box accepts SNAP, debit/credit, cash, Double Up Oklahoma, Osage SNFMP and WIC, and provides nutrition education, pop up farmers markets, and other programming. A new Grocery Box location is also available at The Phoenix at 36N.
